Homemade Citrus Bomb Juice
DIY Pineapple Orange Lemon Ginger Grapefruit Blend
Homemade stand-in for Pete's Market Citrus Bomb, built from the fruits named on the juice-bar label: pineapple, orange, lemon, ginger, and grapefruit.
Instructions
-
Juice or measure the pineapple, orange, grapefruit, lemon, and ginger into a pitcher or large jar.
-
Start with only ¼ oz ginger juice. Fresh ginger is potent and hard to dial back.
Prep -
Stir well. Taste. Add another ¼ oz ginger only if you want more bite.
Cooking -
Chill before using. Stir again before measuring into drinks.
Notes
- Pete's Citrus Bomb label lists: PNPLE. ORANGE. LEMON. GNGR. GRAPEFRUIT (pineapple, orange, lemon, ginger, grapefruit). The label does not give percentages.
- This batch is a homemade approximation suggested after re-reading that label (about 16 oz, one juice-bar bottle). It is not Pete's official formula.
- There is no lime in the Pete's Citrus Bomb label. Older orange-lemon-lime stand-ins on this site were wrong.
- Use 1 oz homemade blend for every 1 oz Citrus Bomb called for in a drink.
- Keeps refrigerated in a sealed jar up to 3 days. Fresh juice separates; stir before each use.
- Used in Ruby Tiki and Passion Fruit Tiki Mocktail on this site.

Bright and tart. Made the Seedlip tiki drinks work without a Pete's run.
