These terms are for the Aguilar Auto Repair website at 7431 S. Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60636. The legal name is Aguilar Tire Shop Incorporated.

The site and Ask Aguilar are a way to reach the shop. They are not a diagnosis, a quote, or a contract. A price, a time, or a promise of the work exists only after the shop agrees. The website does not create one.

The shop is not liable for how you use the site, for a decision you make from the helper, or for work that was never agreed. You are responsible for what you type: the vehicle, the problem, and your contact details.

Once the shop accepts a job, the shop's own repair form governs that job. Part warranties are the manufacturer's. You can ask for a written estimate before work. We call you before doing any work you didn't approve. Daily storage does not start until 3 working days after you are told the work is done. The shop may test drive the vehicle. An express mechanic's lien can apply for the amount of the repairs. This page does not add a warranty period or a rate the form left blank.
