Homemade Ginger Juice
DIY Fresh Squeezed Ginger Juice for Mocktails
Fresh ginger juice stand-in for Pete's Fresh Squeezed Ginger Juice, for mules and other Seedlip drinks that call for a small, potent ginger measure.
Instructions
-
Juice the ginger in a juicer, or blend with just enough cold water to move the blades.
-
If blended, strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing hard.
Prep -
Chill. Measure carefully. Fresh ginger juice is very strong.
Notes
- Pete's label reads Fresh Squeezed Ginger Juice. No other fruits are listed on the name line.
- This is homemade fresh ginger juice, not a secret Pete's blend. Use the same ounce measure the drink calls for.
- Start with the recipe's listed amount (often ¼ oz). Taste before adding more.
- Keeps refrigerated up to 5 days. Freeze leftover ginger juice in an ice cube tray.
- Used in Passion Fruit Mule on this site.
