Passion Fruit Mule (Seedlip)
Zero-proof Seedlip Spice 94 mule with Pete's-style passion fruit juice (or homemade), fresh ginger juice (or homemade), lime, honey syrup, and sparkling water.

Instructions

Optional: half-rim the glass with turbinado sugar.

Shake Seedlip, passion fruit juice (Pete's or Homemade Passion Fruit Juice), ginger juice (Pete's or Homemade Ginger Juice), lime juice, and honey syrup with ice.
Prep -
Strain into an ice-filled copper mug or Collins glass.
Cooking -
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with mint bouquet and lime wheel.
Notes
- Passion fruit juice: Pete's label lists Passion Fruit Pulp, Alkaline Water, and Sugar. Homemade stand-in: about 4 oz pulp + 3½ to 4 oz water + sugar to taste. Full method: Homemade Passion Fruit Juice on this site.
- Ginger juice: Pete's Fresh Squeezed Ginger Juice, or juice fresh ginger at home. Full method: Homemade Ginger Juice on this site. Start with ¼ oz; it is strong.
- Taste before adding sparkling water; add another ¼ oz sweetener if it feels sharp or thin.
