Sticky Garlic Ginger Chili Bucatini
Pre-cooked bucatini tossed in soy-oyster chili crisp sauce with ginger, garlic, and sesame crisp sticks.
Instructions
-
Heat a little neutral oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and white parts of the green onions for 30 to 45 seconds.
-
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp, hot honey, black pepper, and optional MSG. Let bubble about 30 seconds.
Prep -
Toss in the bucatini until hot and glossy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add a splash of pasta water if too thick.
Cooking -
Stir in green onion tops.
-
Finish with crushed sesame crisp sticks, pickled peppers, extra chili crisp, a light drizzle of toasted sesame oil, and optional hot honey.
Notes
- Crush sesame sticks over the top right before serving so they stay crunchy.
- Hot honey: Fresh Pepper Hot Honey (fridge) or Dried Chile Hot Honey (pantry) both work.
- Want a vegetable-loaded wok version with a milder sauce? Make Lo Mein-ish Bucatini Veggie Toss.
