Privacy Policy
TBH Heating & Air Conditioning ("we," "us") runs this website. This page says what information the site takes in, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
The best way to get ahold of this shop is to call (435) 851-0892. You can also use the contact page.
Who this covers
This policy covers this website and the Ask TBH helper on it. It does not replace a written job agreement, an invoice, or the way we handle records after we have taken a job. TBH Heating & Air Conditioning is at 330 S 600 E, Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647.
What we collect
If you send the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, a description of the work, and any email or job address you choose to add. If you use Ask TBH, we receive what you type in the chat, plus a summary if you ask us to email one. We also receive ordinary technical data the host needs to show the page (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request).
Do not send social security numbers, bank details, or medical information through this site.
Why we use it
We use that information to understand the request, to text, call, or email you about it, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not use it to run ads. We do not sell it.
Who sees it
The shop sees it so we can answer you. This site is still a preview. Until the shop takes it live, the site builder (Herbie Creative) may also receive a copy so the form and mail can be tested. When the shop is live, new requests go to the shop, not as a test copy.
We use companies that help run the site: hosting, email delivery, and (if you use Ask TBH) an automated helper that drafts a reply from what you typed. They may process that information only to provide those services. If you type an address in the contact form, the page may ask a public map lookup (Photon) so we can suggest an address in UT. That lookup happens in your browser.
What stays on your device
Ask TBH can save up to three recent chats in your browser (local storage on this device). That copy does not include the name, phone, or email from the email form. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use a cookie banner because we are not running ad trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep a request long enough to answer it and to keep ordinary records of the work. Server logs are kept only as long as the host needs them for security and operations. You can ask us to delete a request you sent. We may keep a record that the request existed if the law or a dispute requires it.
Your choices
Call (435) 851-0892 if you want a copy of what you sent, a correction, or deletion. If we have been contacting you about a request, you can ask us to stop. That does not cancel a job we have already agreed to in writing.
We do not sell personal information. If you are in a state that gives extra privacy rights, use the same number or the contact form. We will treat a serious request in good faith. This shop is a small contractor. It is not built as a large data business.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work with this shop. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security and location
The site is served over HTTPS. Hosting and mail are in the United States. No website is perfectly secure. Do not put secrets in the form or the chat.
Changes
We may update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new page. For a job already in writing, that job paper still controls the work.
