Homemade Pineapple Pop Topper
DIY Pineapple Sparkling Mixer
Homemade sparkling pineapple topper for Seedlip tiki mocktails when you do not have Chi Forest Pineapple Pop on hand.
Instructions
-
Chill the pineapple juice and sparkling water.
-
In a small pitcher or measuring cup, combine 2 oz pineapple juice with 6 oz sparkling water.
Prep -
Stir gently so you keep the bubbles. Use right away as the drink topper.
Notes
- Pineapple Pop here means Chi Forest Pineapple Pop sparkling water, not a Pete's Market juice blend. The Seedlip chat fridge photo shows Chi Forest Sparkling Pineapple Pop (zero sugar sparkling water beverage).
- This homemade mix is a practical stand-in for mocktail topping. It is not an official Chi Forest or Pete's recipe.
- Yield is about 1 cup. For recipes that say "Pineapple Pop to top," pour this mix the same way you would the can. For a measured 2 oz topper, use 2 oz of this mix.
- Closest store-bought swap: Chi Forest Pineapple Pop, or any lightly flavored pineapple sparkling water.
- Because Chi Forest Pineapple Pop is unsweetened, keep the juice light (about 1 part juice to 3 parts bubbles). Use the richer 3+5 option only if your mocktail needs more pineapple.
- Used in Ruby Tiki and Passion Fruit Tiki Mocktail on this site.

Easy pineapple fizz topper. Closest thing when the Chi cans are gone.
