These terms govern this website, not a job at your house. Using the site means you accept them. Effective 28 September 2026.

Kurt Larsen Electric LLC ("we," "us") operates the site. The best way to get ahold of me is by text at (435) 851-2298.

This is not a work contract

Sending a form, using Electro, or reading these pages does not hire us, set a price, or reserve a day. We may decline work. A job starts only if we agree in a text, a call, an estimate, an invoice, or another writing we actually send. That writing controls the work, including scope, price, and schedule.

Permits, inspections, and code questions for a specific building are handled on the job, not by this website.

The site is general information

Pages, photos, and FAQs describe electrical service and repair in general terms. They are not an inspection of your wiring, a diagnosis, or a promise that your job will look like a photo. Conditions on site control the work.

If you see sparks, flames, or smoke, call 911 first. Hours on this site come from Kurt's own paper.

Do not open a panel, replace a breaker, or follow DIY repair steps because of something here. The site will not walk you through that work.

Electro

Electro is an automated helper on this site. Electro is not Kurt and is not a licensed electrician. Replies are not official advice from us. Use text, a call, or email for the full answer. If Electro drafts a summary, check it before it is sent. You are responsible for the facts you type.

Your requests

You agree that what you send is true as far as you know, that you have the right to send it, and that we may contact you by text, call, or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop further marketing texts. Job-related messages about work you asked us to do may still be needed until that request is closed.

Do not use the site to harass anyone, to break the law, or to overload the host. We may block abusive use.

Intellectual property

The name, mark, photos, and wording on this site belong to Kurt Larsen Electric LLC or are used with permission. The site layout is provided by Herbie Creative. You may not copy the site to run a competing page. You may share a link to a public page.

FAQ pages may quote public sources and link to them. Those sources keep their own rights. We are not responsible for other people's websites.

No website warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be up, that every page is complete, or that Electro is correct. Utah law may not allow some warranty limits. In that case, the limit applies only as far as that law allows.

Limit of liability for this website

To the fullest extent Utah law allows, Kurt Larsen Electric LLC, its owner, and the site builder are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages from using (or not being able to use) this website or Electro. Our total liability for a claim that is only about this website is limited to the amount you paid us to use the website, which is none, or one hundred dollars, whichever a court requires as a minimum if a zero cap is not allowed.

This section is about the website. It does not wipe duties we take on in a separate written job agreement. Field work is handled under that agreement and under applicable law.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Kurt Larsen Electric LLC and its owner from claims that come from your misuse of the site, from false information you sent, or from your sending someone else's information without permission.

Law and venue

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state courts in Utah, including courts sitting in Sanpete County, are the exclusive venue for a dispute about this website. You and we both waive a jury for those website disputes to the extent Utah law allows.

Accessibility

We aim to keep the site usable: a skip link, labels on form fields, text that can resize, and a layout that works on a phone. If a page blocks you, text (435) 851-2298 and say what you need. We will work with you in good faith. That message is not a concession that the site fails a particular standard.

Changes and other terms

We may change these terms by posting an updated page. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply. These terms are the agreement for using the website. They do not change a signed job contract. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. You can still reach me by text or phone.
